Start at level 1. Practise together to teach shape, size, filled/outlined and position vocabulary. Older pupils can use these age-neutral tasks too. Independent work requires the pupil to understand the written instruction; reading or explaining it aloud counts as support. No audio is built in.

Two complete independent checks with at least five of six instructions correct, without help or interruption, can move up one level. Adults can set levels individually. Compare only like-for-like activities and levels; use fresh everyday examples to check transfer.

This practises following visible instructions. Scores depend on reading, visual discrimination and familiarity with the vocabulary as well as following directions. It is not a test of listening comprehension, working memory or general ability.
