Day by Day Tools is being developed as a practical collection of simple digital tools for schools. The working school beta is free to use for at least the whole 2026–27 school year.
No payment details or licence code required. Schools register once for the free beta.
Please use the beta in real school settings and tell us what you think. If you find a bug, something does not work as expected, or you have an idea that would make a tool better, we would like to hear from you.
We are also particularly interested in ideas for other simple apps or tools that schools would find useful as part of the Day by Day Tools set.

There is no charge to use the beta at present. The planned price is £24 including VAT per app per year (£20 + VAT). Schools, organisations, individuals and families can choose the apps they need. We will give clear information before charging is introduced. Using the beta does not create a subscription or payment commitment.
This is a working beta, so please test the tools on your school’s own devices and keep regular exported backups of any profiles you want to retain. The tools support everyday communication and routines; they do not assess or diagnose needs and should not replace a child’s established communication system or individual specialist advice.
